We pride ourselves in providing a caring and safe environment for all our students and there is a support network to ensure that each student’s stay is fun, safe and problem-free. Each centre has a 24-hour emergency number and the host campus security team are on duty 24/7. The security team are all trained first-aiders.
Dedicated teams
All our staff and group leaders are DBS checked and have completed an on-line basic safeguarding course. Our activity and teaching staff receive face-to-face child protection training before starting work and there is a Designated Safeguarding Person at every centre.
Supervision
Teachers and activity staff take attendance during each learning/leisure session and there are systems in place to follow up on any absentees.
We have an average adult-student ratio of 1:15 and all activities and excursions are risk-assessed.
Healthy meals
Our catering teams make sure there is a varied healthy menu that appeals to young students with vegetarian and nutritional needs options.
