Teaching Manager (TM) a.k.a Director of Studies
Teaching Managers are responsible for the overall smooth running of the EFL teaching programme at their ANGLO centre. The main role is to supervise and support a team of Academic Staff, ensuring the safe operation of the academic programme for both students and staff.
Main remit of this managerial role:
Workshop & Teaching Supervisor (WTS) a.k.a Assistant Director of Studies
This dual role involves working with the Teaching Manager (TM) to provide support to the teaching team, and to coordinate and oversee workshops with the Activity Team.

EFL Teacher (T)
EFL Teachers are responsible for planning and delivering high-quality EFL lessons following the ANGLO syllabus. ANGLO sessions promote the communicative approach with emphasis on speaking and listening skills.

Activity Manager (AM)
The Activity Manager is responsible for the overall smooth running of the activity and excursion programme. The AM will facilitate a positive and fun environment for the students.

ANGLO Leader (AL)
ANGLO Leaders are responsible for leading a variety of sports, creative activities and workshops, acting as a guide on trips to places of interest, and running evening events such as talent shows, themed discos, quiz nights. ALs need to be ready to chat with students, encourage them to use their English skills.
Main remit of this role:
Safeguarding & Welfare Officer (SWO)
Safeguarding & Welfare Officers are responsible for the safeguarding and overall welfare of students. This person is responsible for the safety of students and staff as a Designated Safeguarding Person.
Main remit of this managerial role:

Activity Manager, Stirling
