NEW YORK & BOSTON

13-NIGHT PROGRAM

This programme offers a fascinating journey through two iconic cities; experience the boundless energy and soaring skyscrapers of New York, then travel north to the historic charm of Boston, a city of cobblestone streets and an intellectual heart. Get ready to experience both the dynamic present and the foundational past of the USA, and prepare to be captivated by their iconic landmarks and distinct atmospheres.

THE CENTER

Manhattan University & Emerson College

Our New York centre at Manhattan University is a truly unique and exclusive location, nestled in a leafy campus with a subway station right outside. In Boston, our centre is at Emerson College, a historic campus in the very heart of the city, perfectly situated for all of our walking tours.

Both campuses feature a wide variety of amenities. Manhattan University boasts a modern sports centre and is set in a green, scenic location. Emerson College consists of several historic buildings with bright, welcoming common areas, modern classrooms, and a large restaurant.

New York accommodations are in small apartments, with two twin-bed rooms sharing one bathroom. In Boston, accommodation is in apartments with a variable number of rooms, a living room, a kitchen, and 1 bathroom per 4 students.

Free Wi-Fi is available across both locations.

THE ESSENCE OF ANGLO STUDY HOLIDAYS

Learn, practice and experience English differently.
Courses with dynamic lessons in the classroom, exciting workshops that challenge and engage,
and amazing excursions to make language learning an adventure.

EXCURSIONS

To put into practice all the English students have been learning they need to get out there. Excursions offer a chance to visit the places students have studied, practise their spoken English in a public setting, and explore awesome places.

LEARNING

Communicative, inspiring lessons with material for all CEFR levels, ANGLO classes are designed to build on the knowledge students bring with them, and mesh seamlessly with their stay in the UK.

WORKSHOPS

Carefully tailored sessions which typically start in the classroom for an introduction and language input, then generally students explore campus/the local area to gather information. Finally, the students present to their peers to show what they’ve learned.

SAFETY

Keeping students, staff and group leaders safe is mission critical! Health and safety, safeguarding and security are top of the list.
